Pico repeater works at the mode of full duplexer:  not only  amplifying the BTS weak signals then transmiting them to the mobile phone, but also extending the mobile phone signals then  transmiting them to  the BTS..It is applied to compensate the BTS network coverage deficiency like the blind and weak spots so as to keep the signal transmit smoothly.
